1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your first subscription, you may request a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for payments made after the first 7 days of the subscription or for renewal payments unless explicitly required by law.

3. Processing Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us at support@eventoscrm.com with your account details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation must be initiated within 7 days of your initial subscription to qualify for a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
